By accessing or using SiteNova ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

SiteNova is a platform that connects clients with developers to create custom websites. Our services include:

  • Website design and development project management.
  • Order submission and tracking.
  • Real-time customer support via live chat.
  • Admin tools for project management and communication.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain the security of your password and authentication credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Orders and Payment

Order Submission

When you submit an order through SiteNova, you are making an offer to purchase services. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders at our discretion.

Pricing

  • Free Package: Basic website development at no cost.
  • Pro Package: Advanced features at ₹829/month.
  • Premium Package: Full-service development at ₹1,999/month.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is required before work begins on paid packages.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 7 days before the renewal date.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of payment.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service, including project descriptions, files, and communications. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Use your content as necessary to fulfill your order and provide the Service.
  • Display your project details in your account dashboard.
  • Use anonymized project data for portfolio and marketing purposes (with your consent).

You are solely responsible for the content you submit and must ensure it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for a completed project:

  • You receive full ownership of the delivered website and its source code.
  • We retain the right to display the project in our portfolio unless you opt out.
  • Third-party libraries and frameworks used in development remain under their respective licenses.

The SiteNova platform, including its code, design, and documentation, is protected by copyright and may not be复制或 modified without written permission.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or other users' accounts.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks.
  • Submit malware, spam, or other harmful content through the Service.
  • Impersonate another person or entity.
  • Use automated tools to access the Service without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • SiteNova is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, or error-free service.
  • In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SiteNova harmless from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your violation of any rights of a third party.
  • Any content you submit through the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
  • We may retain your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • Any outstanding payments remain due.
  • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in India, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
